Q: What drugs can I buy from you?
A: You can find the full range list in the "Products" section of our web site. Please note that a number of medicines are restricted for selling online as they are treated by the legislation as controlled stuff. A medical inspection by a healthcare professional is requested for buying Klonopin, Ativan, Clonazepam, Valium, Diazepam, Lorazepam and some other substances.

Q: Why are your medicines so low-priced?
A: Our products are really cheap as we do not have to cover marketing expenses; no taxes are paid for drugs transferred to the country unregistered. Moreover, our supplier comes from an offshore area and due to lean manufacturing practices his inputs are significantly reduced (child labour is out of question).

Q: Do you offer generic drugs or branded medicine?
A: We sell branded as well as generic pills online. In case you have generic products in your shopping cart, please note that they are specially marked even when offered under their original brands.

Q: What are "generic" items in my shopping cart?
A: When a pharmaceutical from certain ingredients is sold under another name, it is called generic. All the ingredients are the same both for a branded product and a generic one.

Q: When are Soft pills preferable?
A: The effect of Soft pills comes quicker compared to Regular variant. Another difference is absorption mechanism. Resolving under your tongue, Soft pills are compatible with alcohol or fat products consumption. With regular pills alcohol prior to the sexual contact is absolutely not possible.

Q: I have ordered pills, but they came with a different name printed on them. Why?
A: It is an active ingredient of the medicine that you see on the pill. All the ingredients are the same both for a branded product and a generic one. The supplier of generic products does not have the right for their brand names, so he uses another word instead. A combination of certain known ingredients does not breach the law, while taking a unique brand name for this medicine does.

Q: I have ordered pills, but they have a different shape. Why?
A: As it was mentioned above, our suppliers do not violate laws. The pill’s shape is a part of the copyright and cannot be reproduced by other parties.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: The order is processed and then approved by the billing department. Only after that your credit card is charged.

Q: How is the order processed?
A: From the order system a request goes to a professional healthcare specialist. He or she reviews the submitted data, and only after that it is accepted or declined. For orders that were approved, a prescription is written out. The order system sends it to the pharmacy for filling in and further shipment.

Q: Is there a possibility to cancel my order?
A: The order can be cancelled only before the approval of a healthcare professional. For orders that have been already approved or shipped no cancellation is provided. Further information on cancellation policy can be found under "Terms & Conditions" section of the page for order placement.

Q: What is the shipping form for pills?
A: It is a blister package with ten pills. Purchase orders of less than 60 items are shipped in a single envelope. In case of larger quantities, they can be sent out in two parts, meaning separate envelopes. You will receive the second one in three days after the first shipment.

Q: What is your shipment policy?
A: You can choose any of the two ways available. With Trackable Courier, the envelopes are sent by this postal service and are tracked by their individual numbers. (Further information is provided in "Tracking Your Package" section.) The second option is International Unregistered Airmail.

Q: Do you take global orders?
A: For now, we do take orders from any country.

Q: Is there a possibility that my order is detained at customs?
A: You will be informed in case you order is detained at customs. As a rule, the addressee is then asked to come to the customs. After getting permission from you, customs officials inspect the parcel, then give it to the recipient. Inform us about any problems with getting your order, and we will try to do our best to fix them.

Q: How are problems with missing or damaged packages resolved?
A: Be sure to contact our support department and tell them of the problem. Among possible variants are the order resending or the order refunding. (More information in "Policy" section.)
