Any order shipped by us (medworldplus.com) can be returned if::

1. the product is new, in its original packaging and with accessories;
2. the product is defective;
3. the product was shipped damaged;
4. the wrong product was dispatched.

All returns must be authorized by medworldplus.com. The maximum return term makes 30 days. Opened products or orders returned after 30 days from the package delivery are not accepted. To get a return authorization, use the following link and submit your request.

Every submitted request is logged. To get access to the log and the history, you will need a return authorization (provided upon approval of the request). An order that was received back and accepted will be substituted, credited or refunded. You can be sure of shipping compensation if the return is related to our mistake.
